1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using taplinks.uz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
taplinks.uz provides smart deeplink generation for Uzbekistan and CIS markets. The Service creates links that open mobile applications directly (Uzum, Wildberries, Ozon, YouTube, Telegram) with automatic fallback to the web version.
3. Account Registration
You may register using email/password, Google OAuth, or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans
Free Plan: 10 links, 5,000 clicks/month.
Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency): Higher limits, advanced analytics, custom domains, and additional features as described on the pricing page.
Payments are processed through Payme, Click, Uzum Bank, or Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Distribute malware or phishing pages
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Generate artificial or bot-driven clicks
- Abuse the API or webhook endpoints
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of taplinks.uz. Your content (links, brand pages) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to provide the Service.
7. Availability and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, taplinks.uz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
